This is where you start. Your online therapy program consists of eight sections, which include all of the information you need to identify, challenge and overcome your problems.
Each section is like a chapter in an interactive, online book. It is comprised of both reading material and practical hands-on tools like the worksheets.
Your job is to read each section and to complete the worksheets that accompany each section. Take as much time as you need. You can always go back to a previous section, if you need to.
In each section, there are several worksheets. These are very important parts of improving your well-being and will give you and your therapist the individual foundation to work from in overcoming your problems.
You will frequently be asked to write down your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in the worksheets. Within 24 hours (often much sooner), you will receive valuable hands-on feedback on your writings from your therapist.
Your therapist is available for daily support Monday-Friday. Make sure that you use this opportunity to get the results you deserve.
