Useful Tips!

A few great tips to make sure you write twice every day:

Save the link to your journal on your desktop/home screen to keep it nearby at all times.

Set a notification every morning and evening to make sure you don’t forget to write.

Don’t make it complicated! This should just take a few minutes each morning and evening, so don’t feel that you should write long answers. It’s much better that you keep it short, by writing just a few lines instead of skipping it completely.

Only you have access to this journal. You will not receive feedback/replies from your therapist.
